Returns & Exchanges
Please check your goods on delivery. If items arrive damaged or faulty, please let us know within 3 days and arrange to post them back to us. We will reimburse any extra postage costs plus your full refund. If you do not inform us within 3 days, we will no longer be liable for items said to be damaged. Items must be returned with codes and labels, as sent.
Items purchased online can be returned for full refund within 14 days with tags in place. All goods purchased in person can be Exchanged Only within 14 days of receipt. Credit Notes (where applicable) will be valid for a period of six months. Please make sure that the item code and labels have not been removed from the items and that the items are posted back with the same internal packaging, in a sealed bubble envelope. Customers will be responsible for all expenses incurred to return and exchange goods, if purchased in person.
